Customization Accuracy

If adding your own text or personalization, please ensure all names, dates, and titles are correct to avoid disappointment.

Adding Items

Once your confirmation is received, no further changes or adjustments can be made. Please make sure accuracy of names, dates, and titles.

To add items to an existing order, a new order must be submitted.

For Shipping

We can add it to your order with no additional shipping charges, if a new order is submitted within 24hrs. Please indicate your previous order number in the notes section.

 For Pick-Up Orders

Scheduled pick-up dates are listed on your invoice. Please allow 2–4 weeks for completion.

Kindly book a pick-up time available on your pick up day. 

Handmade & Personalized Items

By booking with Stella Belle Co., you acknowledge that all items are sourced and handmade, meaning no two items are identical and minor imperfections may occur.

Due to the personalized and hygienic nature of our products, all SALES ARE FINAL.

If adjustments are required due to our error (e.g., spelling or date mistakes), we will gladly correct them at no cost.
